The Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to join our team as Youth Development Coordinators in a unique career path that combines childcare provision, education, and residential support. As Youth Development Coordinators, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment.

We offer a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school, and three-week paid summer vacation.
