As a Houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. You and your spouse will live in a student home on campus, creating a warm and welcoming environment for approximately 8-12 students. Together, you will guide them in their daily lives, helping them develop important life skills and values.
