What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Development Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
We are hiring youth development coordinators to work with our students and help them reach their full potential. As a married couple living on-campus, you will provide a supportive family environment for a group of 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing students, managing daily responsibilities, and providing a consistent family-like structure. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including relocation assistance and paid training.
To qualify for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years.
We are looking for couples who can demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Benefits include a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will also have a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with three-week paid summer vacation.
