Milton Hershey School is a leading private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents, providing nurturing care and guidance to groups of students in a residential setting.
Job Description
As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for fostering a family-like environment, driving, medication administration, and budgeting. You will work closely with your spouse to provide a consistent and supportive home for our students.
We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Our schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school.
You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators and support staff who share your passion for youth development and education.
Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
