Milton Hershey School, a premier private school for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Family Coaches. In this unique role, you will provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students, creating a nurturing environment that fosters their growth and development.
This is a two-person job that requires couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You will be responsible for overseeing student activities, driving, and administering care while ensuring compliance with campus regulations.
