Job Description
This unique role involves serving as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. Responsibilities include administering medication, ensuring a structured living space, and being a positive influence on students' daily lives. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, couples must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should also be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
