Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Leaders. In this role, you will provide guidance and a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing students, handling household tasks, administering medication, and maintaining a supportive atmosphere. Our ideal candidates have prior experience working with youth and are comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
