We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Development Mentor to join our team at Milton Hershey School. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring high school seniors living on campus to develop essential life skills for post-graduation success.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and experience working in youth residential settings, with a proven track record of developing and delivering life skills training. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills are required, including the ability to effectively manage conflict and inspire others.
In this live-in position, you will supervise recreational activities, collaborate with staff, and role model personal finance, time management, and interpersonal skills. You will also provide coverage in MHS's students' homes as needed.
