We are seeking married couples to become part of our flex houseparent team. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
