Youth Development Partner
Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become Youth Development Partners. As a key member of the school community, you will reside in an on-campus student home and work collaboratively to create a supportive environment for approximately 8-12 students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. You will be responsible for providing guidance, managing daily responsibilities, and promoting the physical, emotional, and educational well-being of students.
