Compensation
The role of flex houseparent offers a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple, including benefits such as free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment, managing household duties, and providing nurturing guidance to students. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students. Your role will involve driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other responsibilities necessary to support the needs of our students.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and you should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
