Job Description:
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for our students, guiding and nurturing them as they navigate their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reside in on-campus student homes with a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Provide daily devotions and lead students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Administer medication, drive, budget, and handle other household tasks
- Cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
