Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
Flex houseparents manage daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. They also lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services. In addition, they are responsible for maintaining a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
