About the Position
Couples work together as flex houseparents, living on campus and managing various responsibilities while fostering a supportive environment. As a key part of our team, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and guidance to students
- Manage student homes, including meal planning and household chores
- Coordinate activities and outings for students
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and staff
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated commitment to the school's values and mission
