The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should also be a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage.

- Support and mentor students in their daily lives
- Manage daily responsibilities and ensure a family-like atmosphere
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Licence to become certified to drive student home vans
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
