Job Description
As a Youth Development Specialist, you will work closely with your spouse to create a supportive and nurturing atmosphere, fostering the educational and personal growth of students. Your responsibilities will include daily activities such as transportation, budgeting, and administering medication, while also leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A minimum of two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
