As a youth development specialist at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will have the unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students, and create a supportive and loving environment that promotes their academic, emotional, and social growth.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
