Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a supportive family-like environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing care, administering medication, and ensuring a structured living space for groups of 8-12 students.

The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
