Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a nurturing and supportive environment for a small group of students in a family-like setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and paid training.
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring a structured and supportive home life for students.
