This role involves guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, living on-campus to ensure their well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing daily support and guidance
- Assisting with homework and academic progress
- Participating in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services
Requirements
To be considered for this role, couples must have:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
