Job Summary
We are seeking experienced married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of our students, providing guidance, support, and mentorship in a family-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and supervision to students
- Manage student schedules, including transportation and extracurricular activities
- Oversee student academic progress and provide guidance as needed
- Lead daily devotions and participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Handle responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, and administration of medication
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Two-year minimum marriage requirement
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
