What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mentorship Partners for Youth Advancement position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you will reside on campus with a group of students from pre-K to 12th grade, providing guidance and support as they navigate their educational journey.
The ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as positive role models for our students.
As flex houseparents, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training are also provided.
