We are seeking Houseparents, Full-Time to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a Houseparent, you will create a nurturing and family-like environment for students in a residential setting. This role involves guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students by managing daily activities, administering medication, and maintaining budgets.

Responsibilities:
As a Houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
