As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will be responsible for creating a family-like environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing daily tasks, leading daily devotions, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of student homes. You will also be responsible for reporting any incidents or concerns.

To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions.
