Coordinating Care for Students in Need
Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to join our team as Houseparents, Full-Time. In this role, you will provide a supportive family environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, guiding them in daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being.
The ideal candidate couple should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
