Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides a unique education experience for disadvantaged students. As a flex houseparent, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.

This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are committed to supporting the development of our students. You will be responsible for providing a family-like structure for students, including meal planning, household management, and daily routines.

Your Role

• Provide a supportive and caring environment for students
• Support students' academic and personal growth through guidance and care
• Ensure student safety and well-being, including administering medication and providing transportation
• Collaborate with other houseparents and school staff to promote a positive and supportive community

• A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)
