To succeed in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. You should also demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for our students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application, and couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
