Job Description
Flex houseparents are responsible for providing daily guidance and support to students, managing daily responsibilities, and ensuring students thrive in a career-focused educational setting. This role requires couples to be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and meet specific qualifications such as being legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and having no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
