The Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you'll work together with your spouse to create a stable and supportive environment for students, helping them thrive academically and personally.

What We Offer
- A competitive salary package, with a total compensation of approximately $150,000 per couple

Responsibilities
Flex houseparents work together as a team to provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
