Key Responsibilities
As a Youth Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
Residing in an on-campus student home with your spouse
Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
Driving students to appointments and activities
Administering medication and managing student health needs
Budgeting and managing household expenses
Reporting student progress and communicating with teachers and staff

Our staff enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, as well as three weeks of paid summer vacation.
