We are seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Guidance Partners, providing essential support to students in a family-like environment. As a Youth Guidance Partner, you will play a vital role in promoting academic success, fostering emotional growth, and creating a stable and supportive home environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with your spouse to create a positive and supportive home environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and mentorship to students
- Creating a safe and supportive home environment
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Encouraging academic achievement and personal growth
- Participating in daily devotions and chapel services
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
