Job Description
As Residential Youth Caregivers, you will be responsible for providing nurturing guidance to groups of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This unique role requires flexibility, patience, and a passion for supporting young people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Administering medication and budgeting
- Driving and maintaining a family-like environment
Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school
