What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Guidance Professionals position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As Flex Houseparents, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. When initially hired, Flex Houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
This role offers a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have a high school diploma or GED.
Salary : $150,000
