Job Opportunity
We are seeking experienced married couples to join our team as House Parents. In this role, you will provide a structured on-campus setting for students and play a vital role in their personal development. Responsibilities include:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
Requirements
Applicants for this role should have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
