About the Position
You will serve as a Youth Development Specialist, guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. Your responsibilities will include managing household tasks, guiding students, and ensuring a supportive living atmosphere. You will also be responsible for leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses being at least 27 years old. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students.
