Our Mission
Milton Hershey School is dedicated to providing a world-class education and nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a family-like structure for our students.
Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to create a positive and supportive environment for our students.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple.
