About the Role:
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You will need to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. Additionally, you must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Benefits:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
