This residential program is designed for married couples who share a passion for working with youth and are committed to creating a nurturing environment that supports academic, social, and emotional growth. Couples will reside in on-campus homes and serve as role models, mentors, and caregivers for a small group of students. Responsibilities will include educational support, transportation, managing daily needs, and participating in community activities that promote teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution. We seek couples who are flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow with our organization.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, couples must meet the following qualifications and requirements: experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legal marriage for at least two years; age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED; valid driver's license; ability to lead students in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; and a high degree of integrity. Milton Hershey School offers a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings. We also provide relocation assistance, paid training, and a generous time-off policy that allows for nine days of work followed by three days off.
