We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for couples who share our vision of providing a supportive and loving environment for our students. Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
