What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support Partners - Milton Hershey School position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and have a passion for supporting youth from under-served settings. As a houseparent couple, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for our students.
Candidates must have valid driver's licenses, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
