About the Role
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Mentors for Students. As a Residential Mentor, you and your spouse will play a vital role in supporting and guiding students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Job Summary
In this unique and rewarding role, you will work alongside your spouse to provide a supportive environment for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and managing household budgets.
You will be responsible for creating a family-like atmosphere, planning activities, meals, and outings, and ensuring the well-being and safety of students. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurture and guide students, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being
- Create a family-like atmosphere by planning activities, meals, and outings
- Drive and transport students safely
- Administer medication and handle minor medical issues
- Manage household budgets and report any financial discrepancies
