The Residential Youth Caregiver position involves guiding and nurturing students, providing a family-like structure, and handling various responsibilities such as driving and administering medication. You will also have the opportunity to participate in weekly staff meetings and receive ongoing training and support.
Requirements
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
