The Residential Youth Caregiver position at Milton Hershey School offers an extraordinary opportunity for married couples to make a lasting impact on the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As flex houseparents, you will provide guidance, nurturing, and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students, helping them grow into confident, capable individuals.
In this unique role, you will live on campus, creating a family-like environment that encourages students to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, and overall care of the students. You will also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services.
