Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Job Responsibilities
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing a family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students. This includes guiding and nurturing the students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will work closely with other houseparents and school staff to ensure the students receive the support they need to succeed.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
