What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support Professionals position at Milton Hershey School?

We are seeking Youth Support Professionals to become part of our flex houseparent team. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. We also offer relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
