Role Overview
We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you and your spouse will work together to create a nurturing family-like environment for our students, guiding them and supporting their development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse
- Guide and support the students, handling daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and financial budgeting
- Provide a consistent support system and lead the students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couples with at least two years of marriage
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
