You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

Flex houseparents are initially assigned to cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

About Our Ideal Candidates
- Married couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may live in the student home
- Absence of smoking and weapons on campus. Alcohol use is not allowed while on duty
- Pet restrictions apply; only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted
- Couples comfortable leading daily devotions and participating in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds necessary
- Demonstrate exceptional integrity, as staff members serve as role models for students
