What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support Specialist position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking a dedicated couple to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers. As part of our Residential Youth Caregiver team, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a stable family environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling tasks such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.

Other benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, and three-week paid summer vacation.
We are looking for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Proselytizing is prohibited.
