Milton Hershey School is seeking a dedicated couple to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers. As part of our Residential Youth Caregiver team, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a stable family environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling tasks such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
