As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include guiding students, managing household tasks, and ensuring the well-being of each child.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This comprehensive compensation package includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and have a valid driver's license. They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
