As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include guiding students, managing household tasks, and ensuring the well-being of each child.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This comprehensive compensation package includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
