Responsibilities
- Provide a family-like structure and care for students in a group home setting
- Oversight of daily activities, including education and personal development
- Support students with their physical and emotional needs
- Drive student home vans and administer medication when necessary
- Manage budgets and report on student progress
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
